01/ Overhead triceps stretch

How to do it: Extend both your arms above your head. Make sure they are close to your ears. Now bend the elbow of your left hand and try to touch the middle of your back. Gently grasp the elbow of your left hand with your right hand and pull it towards your head. Pause for a second and then switch your arm.

02/ Horizontal stretch

How to do it: Stretch your left arm in front of you and move it across your chest. Now gently grab the elbow of your left arm with your right arm, pressing it into your chest. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds then repeat the same with the other arm.

03/ Triceps towel stretch

How to do it: Hold one end of a towel or string in your right hand and then stretch it behind your head by pulling the towel down toward the floor. Hold the other end with your left hand from the bottom. The back of both of your hands should be against your back. Now pull the towel up and down in opposite directions. Do this for 30-45 seconds.
