Every Product In Hilary Duff’s $987 Quarantine Makeup Routine

Quarantine has thrown a wrench in nearly every part of our daily routines. While there's no wrong way to cope when navigating our new realities, experts agree that self-care plays a big part in how we feel. Some even say that swiping on lipstick in the morning can help separate our home and work lives — even when they take place on the same couch. In Hilary Duff’s case, putting on a full face of makeup brings a touch of normalcy into self-isolation.

The actress, who recently dyed her hair blue in quarantine, took to Instagram this morning to share a detailed breakdown of her current routine with her followers. “We can still have pretty makeup while we’re in quarantine to make our day feel a little more normal,” she says. In the 21-minute clip, Duff walks fans through each step, from skin care to mascara — and we rounded up every product in the $987.97 routine, ahead.

Beautyblender The Original Beautyblender

While we didn't include Duff's brushes in the slides ahead, we couldn't ignore one tool she comes back to time and time again: her OG Beautyblender sponge, which she uses throughout the video to buff and blend.

Glycelene Stem C Mist

To prep her complexion, Duff hydrated her face with this mist, which has orange blossom and seaweed extract to brighten and protect.

Glycelene Beauty Serum

Next, she massaged this serum into her skin before applying foundation — adding an explanation as to why it came second. "You're supposed to wet your face and let this sink in," she says.

Tata Harper Boosted Contouring Eye Balm

Next, Duff warmed this retinol-powered eye cream between her fingertips and gently massaged it underneath her eyes and along her laugh lines. "These show up more by the day it seems," she says.

Glycelene Rejuvenation Crème

Duff — a self-proclaimed "oil queen" — opted for something lightweight to add even more moisture. "If you prep with oil your makeup doesn't tend to stay on as well," she says. "So I tend to use those when I am not wearing makeup, or at night."

Giorgio Armani Power Fabric Compact Foundation

Duff then used this luxe compact to create a base for the rest of her makeup. "I don't want super full coverage," she says. "But I want enough to cover the dark spots and get an even skin tone."

RMS Beauty "Un" Cover-Up

"Sometimes I'm a fan of this and sometimes I'm not, depending on how much sleep I've gotten," Duff says about this cult-favorite concealer, which she patted under her eyes.

Westman Atelier Super Loaded Tinted Highlighter

Duff then dipped a brush into this highlighter to add a gentle sheen to her eyelids, brow bone, Cupid's bow, and décolletage.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Highliner Liquid Gel Eyeliner

Yves Saint Laurent The Shock Volumizing Mascara

Wunderbrow Wunder2 Long Lasting Eyebrow Gel

"This is my favorite product," Duff says about the popular brow gel. "You can even go swimming and your brows won't come off, which is so bomb."
