People with anxiety can experience unusual exhaustion, even without any physical labour. This is because when your body is constantly on a high alert, it can actually drain your mind. Moreover, if you may also battle insomnia or face trouble staying asleep during anxiety, which in turn lead to a constant feeling of fatigue and exhaustion.
